If you want to take your vitamin C from fruits or vegetables, try eating tomatoes, green pepper, kiwi or pineapple. Don't forget about vitamin A, which is important for your health and for the hair follicles, since it keeps the entire hair lubricated.
Diet
A diet rich in vegetables, fruit, fat or protein is another great way to help your hair regrow. Any deficiency in terms of dieting will definitely show in your hair first. Stress is an example in this case. Eating right will offer you the right nutrients and a protein-rich diet can guarantee you that the hair grows faster and stronger. This means that you should be eating at least 1 egg per day in order to help your hair grow fast and strong.
