How to Put an End to Fatigue Even If You Drink Coffee

The first thing we think about when we are tired, are consuming foods and beverages that will provide quick energy. The usual suspect "coffee". After a cup. we feel elated and on top of our game again, wondering why we felt tired to begin with, a distant memory.
But then as luck would have it, the next day we wake up feeling like we have been stretched too thin. As time goes on, the active things we used to do start to drop off our schedule. We all call this the same thing "aging". But it isn't aging, it is simply fatigue and burnout.
Our age does not determine our energy levels. We have been served a heaping list of false beliefs since childhood. If we are tired for any reason, it is because we have forgotten how to take care of ourselves, we have forgotten the golden rules of self care.
Golden rule: Never deplete adrenal health, by consuming stimulants.
To get energy back you need to restore adrenal health and NOT ever use stimulants to retrieve it back.
Many are addicted to coffee and do not take kindly to the idea of quitting. Without it, people do not feel functional. So then what do we do?
I will give you my personal recipe to keep coffee in your life and heal the adrenals.
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1/2 tablespoon maca
1/2 cup coffee
1 tablespoon of Fo TI powder
1 tablespoon bluplerum
1 tablespoon ashwagandha
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
1 tablespoon of blend of reishi, cordyceps, and chaga mushrooms
1 tablespoon Macuna powder
This tastes like a chocolate milkshake. Most of the other ingredients are adrenal healers and thyroid tonics. Most of these herbs balance the entire endocrine system as well as the adrenals.
This levels out the bad effects of coffee and seeks to restore your health. You can buy these herbs at most health food stores.
I recommend this every time you have coffee. You can use your own addiction to fuel the healing. As a dietary guideline, stay away from excessive grains, pasta, sugars and rice. Eat more organic meats and vegetables.
On top of all this I recommend a daily tea of Tulsi and Gynostemma together. They are the best herbs in Chinese and Arevedic herbalism.
Deep breathing, plenty of sleep, and taking a multivitamin will also help.
