We all know what it's like to leave our comfort zone or to step outside that square we feel so secure in. If you do make the first step out of your comfort square you know it is for the benefit of your health, it is for yourself. No one else is going to put those disciplines and habits in place, but you!
The quid achiever: To achieve your goal there is no one to set that bar up to a certain level, and ultimately no one is going to hold you accountable for meeting your performance goals, but you. Don't make the mistake of setting the bar to high. Don't make your disciplines too strict or too hard so they are not achievable.
